At BACO-25, Childcare room facilities are available for attendees who need to care for their child(ren) during the conference.

Important Notes
- The website and childcare rooms operate in English only.
- Childcare services are available exclusively for children aged 3 to 11.
- Lunch and snacks are not provided due to food safety considerations.
- Attendees may bring their own snacks and drinks.
- For public health and safety, children with colds or infectious diseases are not allowed to enter.
- All children must have individual travel insurance coverage for emergency situations.
- BACO-25 reserves the right to suspend childcare services if a child’s behavior poses challenges.
