Registration Procedure
- Step 1. Create the account and Log in to the website.
- Step 2. Submit your information and choose the types of registration.
- Step 3. Secure the payment by two options : credit card, bank transfer
- Step 4. Request confirmation, Invoice, invitation letter etc.
- Step 5. Revise your information on My page if need.
Important Dates
- Early Bird Registration opens : 1 December 2024 – 30 April 2025
- Regular registration : 1 May 2025 – 25 June 2025
- On-site registration : 19 July – 25 July 2025
Registrations Policy
- All registration fees are shown in US dollar (USD) and include 10% VAT.
- To qualify for the listed rates, registration fees must be paid before the deadline.
- Full payment of registration fees must accompany your booking in order to receive confirmation of participation.
- Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment.
- The companion fee is available only to partners and/or family members of a fully paid delegate registered as a Full or Student delegate to attend the Congress.

- 1A postgraduate student is a M.Sc. or Ph.D.studnt. The participant must be a student during the conference and need to provide proof/student status of the university (e.g., pdf copy of the original inscription at a university or attestation by a professor).
- 2An undergraduate student includes high-school student.
- 3Accompanying person fee is only available as asupplement to existing full registration.

Payment Details

(1) Credit Card : VISA, MasterCard, AMEX
- Visa and Mastercard payments must be 3D Secure authenticated; otherwise, payment requests will be declined. If your credit card isn't 3D Secure enabled, please contact your bank or credit card company to have this feature activated.

(2) Bank(Wire) transfer
- All fees are to be paid in USD($).
- If you would like to pay via transfer, please send an email at info@baco-25.org. to receive an invoice.
- Payment by bank transfer is available until 25 June 2025.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be made in written and send by email to info@baco-25.org

2. Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:
- Until 25 June 2025: Full Refund
- After 25 June 2025: No Refund

In cases of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@baco-25.org. Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the congress.

Refunds will not be provided for unattended events or early departure, including circumstances such as speaker cancellations, limited seating availability, or any other situations beyond the control of the event organizers.

By registering for BACO-25, participants acknowledge that the organizing committee assumes no liability. Participants are responsible for arranging their own health and travel insurance, as the registration fee does not cover insurance.
