1. Reusable Cup Use

• In line with our ESG policy, disposable cups will not be provided at the venue. During coffee breaks, all participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup or tumbler.
  
  For those who are unable to bring one, a reusable cup rental service will be available on-site for a $1 deposit, which will be fully refunded when the cup is returned to the rental station.
  
  This initiative supports waste reduction and fosters a culture of conscious consumption.

2. Paperless Conference

• All essential materials, including the program book, venue map, and session schedules, will be available via QR codes or through the BACO-25 official mobile application. This practice significantly reduces paper waste and promotes efficient information sharing.

3. Poster Printing & Pickup Service More Information

• Poster session presenters may use the official Poster Printing & Pickup Service offered by BACO-25. Posters can be ordered in advance online and picked up directly at the conference venue (BEXCO).
  
  Additionally, for more efficient waste management, presenters may request on-site poster disposal after their presentation.
  
  This service not only simplifies logistics for presenters but also helps reduce the environmental footprint of printed materials.
